Will my product be ready to hang?
Yes! All products are shipped with a hanging system. All you will need is a hook on the wall to hang your item off.
What is Acrylic?
Acrylic is a clear plastic that resembles glass, but has properties that make it superior to glass in many ways. It is lighter and stronger than glass, with great scratch resistant properties. It is also more cost effective than glass.
I’ve never owned a canvas, metal or acrylic before – how do you clean it?
For all our prints don’t use any sort of cleaning liquid or compound, ever. For canvas – a static-electricity dusting cloth can be used with a light motion, or a vacuum with a brush attachment can be used gently to remove dust.
For acrylic – you can use a damp cloth to remove dust.
What finish does your Acrylic Print have?
Our Acrylic print has a lovely gloss finish, giving it the look and feel of glass, without the weight.
Are products displayed in the various room accurately sized against the size of the furniture and rooms?
No. These images are meant to illustrate how a particular print might look like in different settings: Living room, bedroom and boardroom. They are not indicative of the print sizes so please make sure to do your own measurements before ordering prints to make sure that you achieve a desired look in your rooms.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment must be made upfront before your order will be printed. We accept credit card and Apple Pay payments.
I need to cancel my order, will I be charged for this?
It depends on what stage of production your order is at. If you contact us before we submit our order for printing we will cancel your order at no charge. If you contact us after we submit your order for printing, we will contact our printing supplier and to check if the order can be cancelled or not. If your order has not been printed yet by our printing supplier, we can usually cancel at no charge.
If your order has been printed, we are unfortunately not able to cancel it and you will be charged the full price of the order.
Shipping & Delivery of Orders
When will my order be delivered?
From the moment you place your order, it usually takes about 5-10 days for delivery. If you are wondering about the status of your order, we do send you an email when your order ships which provides you with a tracking number to track your delivery.
Do you guarantee your shipping times?
We are not able to offer a 100% guarantee as we utilise third party courier companies to deliver your order. Delays can and do happen, but we find that most of our orders are delivered within the above time frame. We do not offer shipping refunds in the event that a delivery is late.
My delivery address seems to be different to what I have entered and now my parcel has been delivered to the wrong person.
We do not tamper with your billing or shipping details that you entered at checkout. You will also be emailed an invoice after placing your order and its important you check this to ensure it is correct. We can only make changes to a delivery address before an order has been shipped.
I have entered the incorrect delivery address, what should i do?
Please contact us immediately as soon as you become aware of this. If your item is still in Production we will be able to update the delivery address, but if your item has already shipped there is nothing we can do.
Can I collect my order?
No, as an online store, we are trying to pass on cost savings to our customers, so we do not offer a collection service.
